This just in! Shock CCSC court news from a close friend of "the horses mouth"
My contact tells me the land was sold to CCSC because it was worthless to expansionist capitalist psychopath like entities. The road and narrow path after the first gates are part of the national coast path. Its also a bridle path and ccsc deliberately placed their fence and obfuscated signage so most people don't realize its there. So narrow it is hard to walk down. There are several legal issues here, most damagingly for ccsc I think is DDA. Consequently no change of planning is permitted. So the area must be given the same access rights it always had. Therefore any attempt to impose any other restrictions is unlawful The map they sent me as proof they own the land was their old site We will fight them for the beaches See you in court, tickets selling fast.
